Simplify your care with just one call:
See how it works
UnitedHealthcare At Home® helps make at-home care simple — and it all starts with an in-home visit.
Step 1: Your first visit
Your first visit will include up to a full hour of 1-on-1 time with a member of our licensed medical staff. You’ll get a physical, health screenings and plenty of time to talk about your health questions.
Step 2: Regular visits
After that, you’ll receive regular in-home visits with UnitedHealthcare At Home either at least once a year or more frequently with ongoing medical care in your home. It all depends on your needs, and we work around your schedule.
Step 3: Ongoing support
You’ll work with your care navigator to help coordinate your ongoing care needs. They can also connect you with information on resources that may be available to you, like transportation services.
Earn a $50 reward
When you complete your yearly visit with HouseCalls, UnitedHealthcare will add $50
